The Whole Life Centre is a place you can explore yourself. A neutral and nurturing
space where we have a whole host of opportunities to become more of who we are.
Together we can support each other in unlocking our personal potential as well as
get acquainted with proven tools and techniques for peaceful living and true
relaxation.
Based at the Centre, a team of certified professionals offer their specialties,
designed to help us optimize our ability to take charge of every aspect of our lives,
such as forge loving relationships, maintain healthy, fulfilling and stress-free lifestyles
and realize our dreams.
A Whole Life Centre is a safe space in which to explore all the ways we can support
the body’s innate self-healing capacity. It’s a place we can play with our inborn
creativity and feel what it’s like to make beautiful and useful things with our own
hands. Here we can experience the healing power of the natural world – of sound
and resonance, music and silence, breath and touch, flower essences and herbs,
colour and temperature, magnets and needles, water and play. We can discover the
many different kinds of healing bodywork practiced by the cultures of the world, in
some cases over millennia. We can learn about the healing properties of food - and
what may be better to enjoy sparingly - and how to keep our families healthy.
We can learn about the stages of child development, what children need at each
stage, and perhaps more importantly, what they don’t need. We can hear about, and
benefit from, ancient healing systems such as Yoga, TCM, T’ai Chi and Qi Gong.
Immerse ourselves for a day in an unfamiliar world, or sign up for a workshop in
which we may discover behaviour patterns in ourselves, often laid down in
childhood, that are still impacting our lives and families today, while also learning
tools to overcome them.
Such a centre would be a home for all sorts of groupings; support groups for parents;
folk living with dementia, bereavement, addiction; women dealing with menopause or
post-partum depression; families of people with learning difficulties or neurodiversity.
There would be opportunities to explore more natural and greener lifestyles, e.g. to
mix your own natural cleaning or pest control products; to learn how to cook tasty,
wholesome meals; to resolve conflict and communicate in more loving and life-
affirming ways…..
In a world where the trends are isolating and digitalizing, we want to build community
and re-humanize. Let us know if you’d like to become a part of the seeder group.
